External axis turnover
The workstation is configured with external axis vertical turnover indexer, which can coordinate the robot to complete the welding of weld in all angle directions.
Size adaptation
Single workstation is suitable for the production of products with length less than 1.8m and width less than 1.Sm: double workstation is suitable for the production of products with length less than 4m and widÂth less than 1.Sm.
Space-saving layout
HD-type workstation and H-type workstation is different from the robot layout position, H-type workstation robot layout on the side of the changer, the fixed position remains unchanged, HD-type robot layout on the changer, with the robot to rotate together, HD-type workstations are more space-saving, reduce the production site area.
